I want something between 58"-65" preferably LCD, plasma would be ok, and I'm debating a DLP, if it's 120hz. Oh, and my budget is under $4000. I'm having a tough time. HELP!

  1. Well, how about an LG - Scarlet 52" 1080p 120Hz Flat-Panel LCD HDTV

    http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?...

Good reviews on it and costs about $3000

There r actually quite a few good TVs at Best Buy...why not check them out yourself.

Edit: It's on sale at Best Buy for $2399

  2. I wuld say go for a panasonic or sony tv as they tend to be the best. i wuld say that choosing the rite screen size depends on the size of the room u r gonna keep it in, as having a massive tv in not so big a room can look odd and out of proportion. also i wuld say u need to choose a tv based around wat u need, so if u hve loads of gadgets, home cinema system, dvd player, games console, etc, choose 1 with a few scarts, HDMI plugs, etc

  3. Unless you are a heavy duty gamer, go plasma for the highest quality picture, the best blacks, and no motion lag - no 120 Hz needed.

The very best dollar for dollar plasma, BOTH in performance and reliability,is the Panasonic Viera.

    58" TH-58Z750U for around $3100

    65" TH-65Z750u for around $5000

You will not beat the price or the performance with a 58" LCD, even the high priced Sony Bravia with 120Hz.
