Can you help me find a dress? ?

I'm in orchestra, and this year for our concerts, I'm going to need a dress with sleeves and a collar that goes to the floor

Can you help me find a cute one that's not too expensive? What would be some stores to look at?

Check online or a dept store like Dillards or Sears. A dress with a collar long sleeves is usually hard to come by especially for a younger female. I would suggest looking in the ladies section but I doubt you would find anything that you would like.
