How about a yellow belt? It'll enhance the cuteness.

But, if you can find a darker yellow, it'll look perfect.

I dont think you need any necklace or earring. Less is more, remember? Just have a great casual hair style, you'll look perfect. :)

pair that shirt with a white lace cami underneath

dark denim skinny jeans

silver flats, or silver strappies, or silver flip flops,

wear a long silver necklace over it

and silver hoops, or those earings with  multiple hoops

an anklet with diamonds

and a mood ring or a diamond ring (fake is fine 2)
