I would love to find a picture of this Irish TB stallion, he is the sire of my mare. I believe he is in VA, but I couldn't find much more.

According to http://www.irish-draught.net/links.htm THE DEEP is at stud at Red Ridge Farm, Virginia.  They have a site that is currently under construction, but who knows when it will be finished: www.irishdraughthorses.com

As he is a sporthorse stallion and not a thoroughbred racing stallion, I don't really know where else to suggest you look.  Try getting in touch with some sporthorse organisations in the USA and they may be able to help.
