You need to go to your school's online library webpage and navigate to the articles & databases page.  Find the "Science Citation Index" or "PubMed" search engine databases, or search under topics "Biology" or "health and medicine".  Then search for your keywords and find articles that your libary has access to full text online.  You won't find much primary literature posted for free on the internet.  Good luck.
