my mothers name is aida hassan and i was born in feb of 1978.they used to live in mc arthur hi way Phils. the last he saw us is during my 1st bday.please help me

You need to find all the documents you can about this man. Get your mother to help you if she can.  Maybe something with his social security number or some other numbers on it.  Even letters or cards, pictures, etc.  Do you have a birth certificate? Does it name him as your father?  I think there are people at the US Embassy who can help you to find your father but they will need some documentation or some other evidence that you are in fact the child of this man.  Its not that hard to find someone in America especially if you have some good information to start with.  Because of identity theft and privacy issues, its better if you get some government agency to help you with this.  Even then, if they locate him they're not going to just give you a phone number and address.  If you are in fact the child of this American you probably have certain rights and benefits you are not even aware of.  Please pursue your cause with the US Embassy.

ARE YOU IN THE PHIL? IF SO GO AT STAR CITY AT ROXAS BLVD. MANILA AND GO TO DZRH RADIO STATION WHICH IS A NATIONWIDE RADIO STATION.  yOU CAN ASK FOR THEIR HELP BY BROADCASTING ON RADIO THE PERSON YOU ARE LOOKING FOR.  I THINK THEY ALSO HAVE A WEBSITE AND THEY GO ON LINE TRY DZRH.I THINK IT IS THE BEST AND SURE WAY.

sorry, no one will bother helping you find your dad unless you go to the US Embassy in Manila. but if ever you're planning to visit the Philippines to look for a middle-to-old aged former US Air Force officer, the first place you'd go would be those clubs along Friendship hi-way in Angeles City. there are a lot of foreigners in that place who were assigned at Clark Airbase until it closed in the early 90's. that's not far from McArthur hi-way.
