Code Geass - a mech story, but definitely unique and not the usual "eva" show, psychic powers

Spiral - awesome storyline

Negima! - mystical powers of the "wizard" kind, funny also

Trinity Blood - vampire story, lots of powers, tons of depth

Read or Die (R.O.D) - odd but decent storyline, some "fanservice"

If you're going for something not mainstream, Mai HiME and Claymore might be pretty good choices. But considering you like Bleach and Gravitation (Hakusho? Yu Yu?), you probably are into shows with guys in them. In that case, Saiyuki is probably right up your ally. I won't suggest Naruto because I'm sure about 10 Narutards will suggest it for me.
