Can you help me find things to do for my 14th birthday party?

there is going to be boys and girls

about 8 people

i don't know what to do at the party

we will be outside for the whole party

i have a pool but it is a little cold

but i don't know what to do

LOL, I was going to say go swimming, then I read the rest of your question.  I would set up a volleyball net or something like that and play games.
