Can you help me find this book?

Back in the 70's I read a book whose title was simply, "Jane." It was about a single woman who had three lovers. She ended up becoming pregnant and the mystery was, whose child it was going to be. It was a paperback. Does anyone know the book and know the author, publisher, etc...I'd like to see if I could find a copy of it.
