Can you help me find this movie.?

Question

I rented a dvd at Blockbuster and you know how the previews come out at the begining I saw a preview in which it was some thing like between good and evil where I think demons were possesing the people or something like that but the begining of the preview started with dark buildings.

No it's not "the happening" the movie I'm assuming would be about 2005 - 2007 somewhere in there.

stores order their new videos from the list of new releases.
