I would suggest you wait a little longer, if their legal age for you to start work is 14 and 9 months or whatever it is, then wait until then, but once you are the right age...

First, type up a resume and get lots of people to look at it and edit it for you. Once you have a resume ready, print a few off and put it in a folder. Put some nice clothes on and head down to Wendy's then hand it in. If they ask you for an interview thats great! Just be prepared for it. Get a parent to ask you some questions they have been asked before in interviews.

Maybe you should try work experience first though? If you want the money however I guess you could ask around at lots of stores.

You need to be 14 and 9 months to be able to work. However, employers will be willing to let you work if you are under this age, if you have parental permission. So they will probably, get your parents to sign something.

Wendy's is often looking for people, so to show your interest why don't you go to a store and ask if any positions are avialable and hand in your resume. If they do, they will give you a ring. remember in your resume to add suitable references and skills for the job.
