HEY Hi im sorry but i dont know for spiritomb but i do know for drifloon it comes on fridays by where you first battle the galatic teams member which is saturn i think..  hope i helped u =]

drifloon is at the valley windworks every friday, and you have to beat the pokemon league to see spiritomb

Drifloon appears outside of the Valley Windworks every Friday for the entire day. Spiritomb you will find by either battling the pokemon league champion or talking to 50 people underground, a trick is to get a friend and have your secret bases next to each other, first talk to your friend, then gointo your sectre base, then talk to him/her, then your friend goes into their secret base and comes out and you talk to them again, make sure you do the talking.
