  1. you should go get a proper trainer and not listen to too many people,as they will tell you all sorts of c**p and myths but you can all ways do some common exercises.if your a beginner my first tip is don't over do it this will lead to injury and set backs,so its better to take time than waste time injured as a beginner start with say on Monday do 30 push ups, 30 pull ups, 30 sit ups, 30 , 30 crunchers, 60 star jumps, 15 mins, Shadow boxing. on Tuesday do same again .Wednesday go jog for say 2 mile jog .Thursday rest ,Friday start program again you can also do some circuit training too,or swimming is a good all round muscle developing exercise to, and the old theory of no weight training is rubbish.weight training and any athlete goes together very well .there's just to much to mention on good boxing exercises but my best advise is get yourself a proper trainer, and listen to him only. and ignore every one else if you can't do all this in one day that's fine do as much as you can but don't over do it .i can't stress this point enough slow progression is better than no progression, but do push yourself hard or its all pointless
