Question:

Can you help me learn how to do the splits?

Ok i know there are many quetions like this and i have looked at all those answers too but i am wondering if there is any body else who knows anything else about the splits... ok well what i do know is to stretch your grion and inner thigh muscles but is there any other strech to do that besides lunges and stradles?? I want to be able to do the splits when dance season starts which is about 2 months away is that enough time?? and when you answer this can you plz tell me how long it took you to get to do the splits?? and anything else that will help me with this... thank you so much! : )

  2. stand against a wall and have someone lift your leg up towards your head. this will help stretch your thighs.

    do hurdles with each leg

    and each day try to put the opposite leg being stretched back behind you into a split

    start out with a little bit and continue each day, but don't overdue it or you'll be really sore!
