I'm 10kilo grams overweight and be specific on how.

if exercise, which ones and how long for.

if weights, which ones and how do you use them

if metabolism, how to improve it

  1. well to loose 1 pound of fat you need to burn 3600 calories - swimming moderateley for 1 hour burns around 600 so if you swim for an hour a day you should loose a pound in 6 days as long as you dont change your eating habits to eat more to loose 1 kilo you need to burn around 2.5 pounds so if you eat a little less or have a healthier lifestyle itll drop off quicker!!

    The problem with your question is that if you look in "search for questions" it comes up 30 times every day. I have had some criticism for repeatedly using the same answer, but since I am happy with my answer, and the questions are the same, I don't see the issue with recycling the same answer.
