Can you help me name this instrument?

Question

A couple of months ago I was watching videos on youtube of some sort of exotic (?) instrument. It was basically a short piece of rope with a two balls attached to the ends. You needed two of these to play and you make music by holding one ball and swinging the other around so it hits the ball you are holding. I used to know the name, does anyone else know?
