Write an order acknowledgement email and an email apologizing for a shipping error.

  1. first one:

    start with something like thank you for choosing blah blah blah company,service etc. confirm that you received the order, and put down the details of what was ordered. u could then give info on what the customer should do next, payment, etc, or how long it would take the order to be delivered, etc. pretend someone placed an order for something ur selling. think of wat info you might want from them and how oyu would go about it.

    second one:

    first say with an apology that there has been an error in blah blah. then mention what was supposed to happen, and what went wrong. (e.g. u ordered an elephant, we shipped a kangaroo by mistake). u cd explain the reason if u want. but more importantly u dont want the customer to chuck u aside n go to someone else. so offer to correct the mistake, or some kinda discount, freebie, something that will make the customer want to give u a second chance.

    be brief, to the point.
