So this week I'm going to exercise everyday.

This is what I'm going to do:

Sunday-DDR(burn 600 calories)

Monday-Walk one mile, DDR(burn 700 calories)

Tuesday-DDR(burn 800 calories)

Wednesday-DDR(burn 600 calories)

Thursday-DDR(burn 600 calories)

Also each day I'm going to do 10 push-ups, 100 crunches, and lift 8 pound weights*2 sets of ten*.

I will also be eating well during all of this.

How long should it take me to see results?

Thanks!

  1. Honestly, I have to say that your question is very vague. What kind of results are you trying to see? How much weight do you plan to lose and how long are you giving yourself? And finally, I always stress this, how's your diet? Are you getting the right macronutrients in the right ratios at the right times? If you want to optimize fat burning, which you seem to be doing since you're burning a very high number of calories daily, these are all important questions you need to consider. If you're burning that many calories per day, you will need top rate nutrition. Remember, if you're not giving your body the right nutrients at the right time, you're not getting the best out of your training.

In summary, get your diet right.

  2. No ever sees results to soon but possibly a month if you work hard and keep it up.

  3. Your plan sounds good but you probably need to burn more calories. you have to burn more calories then you eat to lose weight. try simple activities such as running that burns calories fast. bodybuilding.com has a calculator of how long you need to do a certain activity to burn your desired amount of calories. Good luck!
