So this week I'm going to exercise everyday.This is what I'm going to do:Sunday-DDR(burn 600 calories)Monday-Walk one mile, DDR(burn 700 calories)Tuesday-DDR(burn 800 calories)Wednesday-DDR(burn 600 calories)Thursday-DDR(burn 600 calories)Also each day I'm going to do 10 push-ups, 100 crunches, and lift 8 pound weights*2 sets of ten*.I will also be eating well during all of this.How long should it take me to see results?Thanks!
