  1. Does she like flowers?

    Do flower bursts everywhere.

    Every kind and color.

Make one sheet cake for everyone and a small round cake that she can eat herself.

Babies love bright colors, so wrap gifts in the brightest paper you can find. She won't get the concept, but it will be eye candy.

    Good luck!

    What good parents!

  2. well first off....thats great! what a good trooper! i bet shes a beautiful girl!

well get a big cake and have a little one she can dig into herself. have everyone dress like its meadiviel times and decorate the hall like its a castle and stuff like that

  3. That is a hard b-day to plan for ;) Sorry for your daughters condition. If your daughter has a special show or toy it would be a good theme. another important element would be to have kids her age there to play with. I would have a area that would have age approp toys or games and let the kids play! Remember to take lots of pics cause when shes 13 she will never belive that you did nice things for her :)

  4. I have no ideas, BUT wanted to wish you the best..I have a daughter that was born with a unilateral cleft lip and palate...The 1st B'day was a milestone!!!  We rented out a place at the park and grilled..Nothing too much..Congrats for making it through the 1st year...

  5. don't overdo the planning.  invite a few family members, get a small cake, and don't forget the camera.  anything more is too overwhelming for a small child.

  6. How about a fairy & pixie themed party?

This site has some really great games for playing at parties!

If you are having a few older children there, they'll love it and your 1 year old will love all the fairy stuff happening.
