Can you help me please, im stuck?

grr.......im tired of it . my swim team makes me wear a uniform to compete but why don't other swim teams make their competers wear uniform? i feel so uncomfortable but my instructor says we need to cause we are representing the team. we even have to wear a bathing cap and tinted goggles their part of are uniform, i always have headaches after i compete its hard i allready tried asking to change the uniform antried tomake it so we can wear what we want to compete, no luck. any advice for me for now?

just wear the suit you want to the meets, theres nothing the coach can do once you show up at the meet wearing a different suit. if that doesnt work like if you get in some kind of serious trouble or get kicked of the team or something, then just join a different team. join one of those teams that you said lets their swimmers wear what they want to meets.

Your other option is to switch swim teams!

Just stay with it!! If you have voiced your complaint, that's all that you can do. I think it's great that the coach wants you guys to look a little more professional as a team!

As for your headache, take your cap and goggles off between events. Also make sure you are hydrated and well fed. If your coach says something about taking off your cap/goggles, tell them it makes your head hurt. Make sure your goggles are fitting correctly. Happy swimming!

Well it is a way that you have to represent your team, and why wouldnt you wear a bathing cap?
