Can you help me remember a cartoon from the 90's?

It was something like a little boy (i think his name was bobby!) he had his own cerial called bobby o's and he rode arround on a tricycle in the intro! I dont remember much more! Thanks!

That does sound like Bobby's World to me.  Starring Canada's own Howie Mandel (the host of Deal or No Deal).

That was definitely Bobby's World, one of the greatest cartoons of our time.  Sadly the entire series is not on DVD but there are two DVDs featuring 5 episodes each.
