Semiconductor company. and the top management suggest that anyone who pass a good idea on making our work more enjoyable will be given added points. Idea's should be related to improving our attitudes towards work or anythign that is beneficial to both the workers and the company. Hope i made things clear:) I am really looking forward for a promt answer.. please help me guys...thanks in advance

Employee incentive programs are great. The company I work for gives away movie or restaurant gift certificates for a job well done. A few years ago we had a design competition (I'm a graphic designer) and the grand prize was $2500 in travel money! Our company also rewards employees with certificates, money, bonuses, tickets to local shows and events, etc. Also, some companies have events outside of the office like a golfing tournament, a company picnic, something like that.

Being rewarded is the one thing that will drive people to work harder and start enjoying what they're doing. When there's a goal to reach, people love the challenge of reaching that goal. When you're trying to come up with ideas, just think about how you'd like to be rewarded for your hard work. Then the ideas will flow! Good luck ;)
