Ok, if anyone has any great ideas for me, I would really appreciate it. I don't like to exercise, I hate it, actually. I keep thinking if I could find something I really liked, I wouldn't think of it as exercise, but would do it because it's fun. I haven't found anything yet. But I have lots of limitations, so here's where it gets tricky:
I have two little kids, and I stay home with them, so I can't just be gone for hours at a time, like to a gym. My husband goes to work really early, so I can't exercise outside the home early in the morning, like some women do, while everyone is still asleep. I could do things after everyone goes to bed at night, but if it were here at the house, it has to be quiet, because, like I said, everyone would be asleep. I'm nowhere near any body of water, darn it, why do people want to live in a desert, anyway? I'm very out of shape, so I would have to work up to things slowly.
My husband gets so annoyed with me, my usual M.O. is that I get all excited about something and buy the video or piece of equipment, use it for about 1 week, and then lose interest. I like the Turbo Jam 20 minute video, as an example, but after about 1 week of doing it, I lost interest. I still like it when I force myself to do it. But that's the whole thing I'm hoping you can help with, I don't want to feel like it's forced. Help!
