i can lift a chair with 2 fingers anyday, but i still can't- is it becuz i'm too d**n short? my brother said that's a load of c**p and doesn't make sense. he's so stupid! grrrrr

What are you saying exactly. ..you can lift the chair but you can't? Do you mean, you have the strength to lift the chair but because of the height of the chair in relation to you, it still doesn't get off the ground? If that's the case, tip the chair over until it is horizontal and parallel to the deck (floor) then lift it Beyond that, I have no idea what you're getting at.
