Can you help me trace a youtube account? ?

I want to know my ex boyfriend's youtube account. I can't ask him directly because I don't want him to think I'm still interested of him. As I can remember, there's this video feature where users who got it linked to another website/s are listed. I have the video so I just need to know where to find that video feature or something.

or if you can suggest something else, i'd be glad to hear it.

well I am not sure how you can do that but you have two choices,

one search for that video by name and if you find an exact match check the user name,that should be him

or

you can search by email address..I think youtube allows you to add friends based on email ids,so you can look that way and see if you can spot his id..
