Can you help me understand this manic episode?

I'm bi-polar, and I always have a manic episode for a few days when my period is ending (maybe starts about day 4). i'm assuming it's hormonally related, but does anyone know the specifics? Does anyone else experience this?

Hormones can have a episode triggering role.  It makes sense for what you are describing, but I'm mostly just being logical.  Your doctor is the best source of info.

Hormones are directly related to triggering depression, anxiety and manic and most doctors now recognize this.  Please speak with your doctor so they can evaluate what is going on with you.
