Can you help me with a problem?

My friend has had Spytech Keystroke spyware put on her computer by her ex and she is having problems removing it.We have tried two different anti spyware companies to no avail.We tried going into remove programs but it didnt seem to be there.She is stressing out about it and cant use her computer without him knowing what she`s doing.Please,if anybody can help with this it will be much appreciated,thank you.

Try downloading the AVG free rootkit scanner from http://free.grisoft.com.

go into program files and delete the files for the program you want to delete and then go in to uninstall a program and try to uninstall it and it will take it off the list when it cant find it.

my computer....local disk....program files (this might be hidden, just google how to view hidden files).....delete the folder of the program.

Did you try Spybot Search and Destroy?  that I find to work best.

Go to the program files directory

C:/Program Files/Spytech (or whatever)

And look for the uninstall program inside of that folder.

Simply run the uninstall application included with the software in the program files directory where the software is installed. You can also use the Add/Remove Programs feature in the Control Panel.
