This is my team who should i bench and start and is it a good one?

Start Favre, Westbrook, Lynch, Houshmanzadah, Harrison, Cotchery, Gates, Dallas, Keading. It is a very good team, i would drop rackers for a backup defense or something, dont need backup kickers.

you have a good team there. Some problems harrison a bit old manning will probably pass to wayne more. Gates is good. Regardin benching and starting start favre he has still a lot to offer with the jets and hasselbeck is not that good anymore.

you gotta look at the schedule for week 1 of the year and see who they are facing.   Its not bad.  I would drop one of your kickers and get another RB though.  You will eventually have to get another team defense also because when Dallas has their week off, you will need to fill that spot.
