Can you help me with my computer/tv (its both computer and tv!)

Question

i brought a hp computer a few weeks ago it was not in stock so they gave us the display computer and the tv signal work fine for about a week and a half then the screen went totally white but you could still listen to it what does this mean!!

the model of my computer is HP Pavilion Slimline s3350.

we sent an email to HP Health Care and did everything they told us to but itdidn'tt work, does anyone have any idea what i can do!!

What type of monitor do you have and how it's connected?

Did you try with another monitor?

Did you try with another video cable?

More data is needed.
