Question:

Can you help me with my corn plant.

I have a "corn plant" which is the kind with the leaves growing out of the sides of the stalks. Anyway on the largest stalk all the leaves died and none have grown back. How can I get a new growth of leaves to come out of the stalk. Does this make sense? I don't know much about plants. Thanks for your help.

  1. If "all" the leaves died then it is a good chance the plant is dead.  Usually after the corn plant has ripened one or two ears it will simply dry up and die.
