Can you help me with my situation

could anybody tell me what make up and how to put it on ??(for a thirteen year old girl)

if you want to use coverup,use mineral powder,it wont clog youre pores like the other kinds.

Use mascara on the top lashes and maybe bottom if you want.

Buy a colored eyeliner (light blue,purplem,ect) AND APPLY TO THE TOP. :]

I'm guessing it is your first time to put on makeup so make it light, then as you get use to it, put more on.

first put foundation on, thats easy put a little dot on your forhead, checks nose and chine and rub it in with ur hands.

then, its hard to put on eyeliner with out any help so i suggest to watch a vidio or 2 off you tube....but remember go closest to the line of your eye lashes

then choos a light colour, a light brown, crealy colour (a little darker than you skin tone) and put that on our eye lid, then get a colour that is similer to the colour you put on your eye lid on top of your eye lid and yous your fingers to smoothen it out.
