Can you help me with my weight gain plan? setting targets and calorie intake?

I need to go from 7stone8lbs to 8stone7lbs approx. My height is 5foot6.5 inches, im female and 16 years old.

How many calories should i be taking in per day?

and how quickly should my weight gain be?

I would like 3/4 different goal weight/dates so i can reward myself to keep myself going.

I lost the weight very quickly, in a matter of 2/3 weeks mainly after starving myself. i realise this was stupid now. I do recieve counselling and i am waiting to see a dietician however as usual that takes time and my referral is being re-processed as it was somehow lost.

  1. all you can really do is just eat healthily. :)

    however, since you starved yourself, the weight will regain quite quickly 'cos your body will think you may start starving yourself again so its storing it quickly. that will stop once you get to a normal weight for your height though.

    i know because i've been there done that :/

    i had fruit or toast for breakfast, banana sandwich for lunch, healthy home cooked meal for tea and healthy snacks like cereal bars, fruit, nuts etc. when i started to get better, little by little

    & remember to excercise, but dont overdo it :P

  2. Enjoy your weight loss, don't go from one extreme to another.  Stay light, eat regular meals.
