I need to go from 7stone8lbs to 8stone7lbs approx. My height is 5foot6.5 inches, im female and 16 years old.How many calories should i be taking in per day?and how quickly should my weight gain be?I would like 3/4 different goal weight/dates so i can reward myself to keep myself going.I lost the weight very quickly, in a matter of 2/3 weeks mainly after starving myself. i realise this was stupid now. I do recieve counselling and i am waiting to see a dietician however as usual that takes time and my referral is being re-processed as it was somehow lost.thanks xxadd me? natts@live.co.uk thanks
