Can you help me with this haircut?

well i really want this haircut tomorrow:

first off, do u think its cute?

but anyways i need help finding out what this hairstyle would be called. when you look at it, keep in mind to look at the top left corner and notice the short layers in the back too. just in case that makes a different or not. links for other pictures of this style would be very very appreciated so that i could print them and bring them to the hair salon tomorrow. also, if you can, see if you can find this haircut with the highlights like this too, cause i might be getting them like they are in the picture. if you cant find them with the highlights, it should be fine. but i do have another question though: should I get highlights or not? i am mainly not considering this because i dont want to damage my hair. or should i just do it and take a chance and be risky? how much would it damage my hair? please help and thanks!

I think that hair style is really cute.

i would suggest to show a picture to the hair stylist.

and describe it to her. if you would get more natural highlights

im pretty sure it wouldnt damage your hair too much.

but if you were thinking really blonde. it would damage your hair..

my friend got it, and her blonde peekaboo highlights started to get really damaged.. just ask the stylist what would be best for you..
