I live in New York City and I am planning on obtaining a Master's degree in Special or Childhood Education grades 1-6. Which colleges or Universities do that you recommend has the best Teacher education programs? Do you know a website that also gives me the ranking of various colleges/universities? Thanks alot

You will find plenty.  Where do you want to teach?  If you plan to stay in NYC, I would contact a district superintendent's office and find out which schools they tend to hire from.  That's far more useful than what a website might tell you.  Always go straight to the source for your information... what could be better than by talking to those who actually do the hiring?
