Can you help? my landlord is not here very often?

my land lord has the post delivered to her office and hands it out from there but she is not always here so there might be 2 or 3 days mail waiting for all the people that live in the building can she do this by restricting our access to letter and post?

I would speak to her about it. Get her to place mailboxes for the apartments. Or as said get a mail box it can not cost that much to get one. Still if it is a legit rental there should be a better way Something just does not sound right about that

I would talk to her about this or get a post office box. It doesnt seem right.

That sounds illegal.  Call the U.S. Postal Service in Washington DC and let them know.
