I appreciate your consideration of me.... ( ex. to take my holidays in August )

I want to thank someone for taking my person under the consideration while making some decisions that might affect me. Is the above the correct English way to express it...?

" i appreciate you accomidating me...."

In the US you can get by with:

1) Thank you for your time and effort.

2) Thank you for all the help you provided when I needed a friend.

That should do it.

The most important advice I can give you is to personalise the thank you note. You could say:

Dear [friend],

I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate the fact that you took me into consideration before taking the decision regarding..................................

Your thoughtful gesture means a lot to me.

"I appreciate your consideration for.........." finish the sentence with whatever action they took.
