Our Village (Karanghasjo, Silo, Jember, Jawa timur, Indonesia)is far from the town center. Our problem is about water sanitation. We need to solve our problem immediatellly. We always send much proposal to departemts but we cannot any respon. up to now. can you help to solve our problem?

Your village has unclean water but has internet service?  that is backwards.

Talk to the nearest UNDP office, to find out if they are doing any activities in your area with regard to water and sanitation, or if they know who is doing such. Ask them if they know what international NGOs are working in your area, and approach these NGOs as well with your proposal.

In any proposal, note what your village is willing to put forth with regard to solving this situation -- what is your village willing to donate to help make this happen?

Find out when any regional or national official is visiting anywhere near your area, and do your best to get an appointment with that person. The more officials you can meet with face-to-face, the greater your chances.
