Can you help with 1994 Sunbird?

Question

Car gets almost to normal operating temp while going down the road. When I accelerate after slowing down it feels like it bogging down with no power. At time it seems like the gas gage goes down faster. Just picked the car up for 100.00 for transportation

I'd suggest changing the spark plugs and spark plug wires.  But you might as well get a full tune up.  Check around for a good deal, and see what all they do for your car in a full tune up.

Sounds to me like the gas filter needs to be changed. Either its on the carb or its an inline filter thats normally near the middle of the vehicle by the chasis. Good luck

Take it to a shop and have it tuned up.
