How can i lose arm fat without gaining more muscle?

Does running help lose fat, or just gain muscle?

  1. The easiest thing you can do to tone your arms and lose the flab without getting bulky is to use light weights with high repetitions, particularly focusing on your triceps.


  2. Its possible to lose weight without gaining muscle, but that involves starving. Im not sure about localized wight loss.  

  3. any cardio workout burns fat whilst maintaining muscle but not putting any more on :)

    dont do toning (such as situps or weights) as they contrubute to gaining muscle.'

    just focus on cardio such as running, riding bikes, gym

    :)

  4. both will give u muscle

    but you can do thins like cycling
