how can I get dialga I'm really confused I went to go the top of mount cornet and then when I went into the second tunnel on mt. cornet there was no were to go please help

  1. Did you already beat 7 gyms and the Galactic Commanders at the 3 lakes? If you did, maybe you haven't beat the boss at the Galactic Building in Veilstone. Did you have to battle Cyrus when you went to Spear Pillar?
