Then he found some more food and it was a big bird and he did not what to kill him because he likes big bird. So he keep on walking and he found a girl that had pink eyes and he do not like the pink eyes so he ripped out the ugly pink eyes and eat the little girl eyes. The little girl got angry and cried for big bird. Then big bird came flying with Elmo. Elmo had a gun and was and firing at the monkey. The monkey found Elmo’s gold fish and it was not just Elmo gold fish it was a bee gold fish had a stinger on its head and the monkey throw it at Elmo and big bird fell to ground with Elmo.

This is actually a nice bit of a challenge.  Here's my attempt, with minimal damage to the underlying prose:

Then, the monkey found some more food -- it was Big Bird -- but he did not want to kill him because he liked Big Bird.  So he kept on walking until he found a girl that had pink eyes.  He did not like the pink eyes, so he ripped out the ugly things and ate them.  This caused the little girl to become angry and cry for Big Bird.  Big Bird came flying with Elmo, who had a gun to fire at the monkey, but the monkey found Elmo's goldfish.  Now this was not just a goldfish; it was a bee goldfish with a stinger on its head.  The monkey threw the bee goldfish at Elmo, causing Elmo and Big Bird to fall to the ground.
