Can you hide "Interested In" and "Groups" on your Facebook profile?

  1. Yes, for groups you can just click on the x on the groups box in your profile and that hides it.

    For interested in,  the only way to not show it on your profile is to not select the options in your profile edit.   So if you edit your profile, uncheck the men or women box and save, then it won't show this on your profile.
