  1. , yes you can, there are different kinds of parks though, royal ones  such as St James and communal parks, I suggest that you chose a park and write to the local authority in which it resides it should have a notice of responsibility by the front gate, but be warned it will be expensive, you may also have to provide security, and after care , there may also be a noise abatement issue so no music, good luck

  2. hi, just had a civil ceremony, the whole thing cost a fortune, i would speak to the local farmers thay may have an empty field, dont forget to source large generators, saved a fortune by using a guy called bri williams photography he was there all day and night and didnt rip us off we were in hull and he was happy to travel to us, hope this helps

  3. For a field you would have to ask the landowner and if you wanted to hold a 'do' on it with alcohol you would have to apply for a licence from your local council - or choose a firm that already has one.  You would still need to inform your local council that you wree holding a wedding on the land.

To hire a park you would have to talk to the relevant local authority for permission.

Elf'n'safety come in to all of them!!
