  1. Yes and each person has a different lung and breath-hold capacity. Some pearl divers can do 10-15 mins but dont try it, because your system has not been trained from young. Holding on too long causes brain cells to die and you wont even know it. Up to 2 mins is safe, so advisable not to strain yourself just to set records. Be safe.  :-))
