I agree the puppy is adorable. But the pictures you don't show enough of the animal to be sure. It could be one of several breeds including westies, which so many think it might be.

Although young puppies are sometimes hard to identify breed wise, it sure does look like a West Highland White Terrier.....awww my heart just melted! XD lol Little cutie pie.....

It may be a young west highland terrier, or something else completely..

It seems a little hard to tell when their so young.

Its tough to tell when they are little like that but my guess is maybe a chow, or a great Pyrenees. Leaning more towards chow because of the big feet.

It's a puppy and puppies often look very different then the grown dog version of the breed.

Is this your dog?  Wait until it grows a bit.  Otherwise, bring it to a vet and ask the vet.  You'll need to bring it to the vet to get it fixed, get shots, regular check ups, teeth cleaning... surely the vet will answer this question while your there.

If it's not your dog, then maybe ask the person who owns this picture.  If you want a dog that looks just like this, again, keep in mind it will probably look very different grown up.
