Can you imagine a woman doing this ?

A woman from the same company where my husband works - started emailing me.

My husband rarely stays in the office - he tends to crews of men, etc .. he only goes to the office to get business done.

Once, I called his office for him - I did not tell anyone who I was -- I simply asked for him (the office did not know me - the office is in another city) -- he was not there, I said bye, hung up with the receptionist. This other lady calls me back and starts questioning me about my call about my husband.

Then - she starts emailing me - then she starts telling me how wonderful he is - and for me not to tell him what she said.

I know this sounds like an affair .. but just say he was not cheating .. WHY would a woman do this to another man's wife who she has never met and does not even know? Lots of women would go berserk over another woman doing this to them. Please give serious answers only.

What is your opinion of why a women would do this ?

I have never heard of such a thing. I would be careful, and try to find out about this women. It could be that she has the hots for your husband or that she is just crazy!

My sister had a very good-looking husband (ex-husband now) who the women chased after every day -- and -- she told me that women who he was having an affair with, would call her up and try to have something to do with her .. like go shopping, etc -- she also said that she may not have met the women before.   My sister told me that some women have lots and lots of nerve ,,, and they have no shame .. they just want the man, and they plan to get him with whatever it takes.

If your husband is not having an affair -  then it sounds like this woman has a serious crush going on for your husband .. and it also sounds like she is wanting to cause trouble in your marriage.  She may want your husband for herself.   By emailing you, it makes you wonder what is up with your husband and her .. and probably causes fights between you.  Don't let her get to you this way.

If you can, don't talk to her, and ignore all of her stuff completely.

If it's not cheating,  she's behaving like a teenager with a crush.  Ultimately, I would think she was either trying to make me jealous and/or that she has feelings for my husband, and I wouldn't continue any dialogue with her. Why has she got your email anyway?  If you didn't give it to her, then there's a problem right there.

She must be NUTS!  Not joking or kidding, the really crazy kind ... and believe me, they are out there.

Personally, I think you should tell your husband, and he needs to report it.  No telling how many other people she has done this to ... think about the damage she has done to so many unsuspecting couples.

Umm . . . you called your husband's office & hung up?  The person called you back & somehow you're emailing now?  How did this person get your email address? BS story if you ask me.

She is a wacko and I would report it to the boss of the company. Some women get off on doing things like this. I know it happened to me! She said she was just having some fun, like I said wacko women!

you need to tell your husband about this odd behavior from this other woman..

how ever if he is cheating  he  may end it with her b/c of the  behavior ..

When she called back, she knew you were his wife, right??

I think if anything she may have a crush on your husband - if they were having an affair she wouldn't call another woman (a stranger) and start saying how great he is, because he would probably know himself.

I think some women like to stir the pot a bit, and she sounds like a bit of a game player.

A person with a borderline personality disorder would do this in a heart beat.  Read about them.  They are nuts.  They try to destroy people and their families with the provocation being as minor as not saying hello one morning.

PLEASE be careful of this woman if this is her problem.  I am NOT joking.
