i would say yes, but you'd have to check with the automobile laws about importing cars (having to meet a required amount of emissions, safety features, etc). i'm not sure but i think that europe is a lot stricter on emissions and stuff like that then the united states is.

but really, if you have enough money you can import it. might cost you a lot though, easily over $2000 USD. it's possible for sure, i know a couple of people who have imported their tc's to japan and germany.

It's possible, but will take some effort.  Here's some information on what it took to get a Honda Element from the U.S. registered in France.  You'll have the same issues.  Be sure to check on the "here" link in the first post for a list of the initial requirements.
