Can you import videos from a video camera onto a computer without a SIM card?

I have a clips on my video camera but there's no SIM card. Is it possible to put the videos onto a computer even though there's so SIM card?

  2. If you can connect your phone (I assume this is what you mean by CAMERA without SIM) to the computer - by cable, or bluetooth - you can transfer media to and from computer.

    If that does not work - you can send the videos to your e-mail.

  3. Phones use SIM cards, video cameras don't.  What are you using - make and model number?
