Can you install Final Fantasy XI (11) on an Xbox 360 with the 20GB Hard Drive?

I tried to install it before but it hangs at some random percentage. Do I need to have the *shiver* 120GB Hard Drive? Or do I need to format the hard drive or what do I need to do. Thank you for your time!

of course not. final fantasy for the 360 came out waaaayyy before the 120gb harddrive came out. It just takes a good while for the file to load. just be patient. the better question is why your even installing the game. once you sign on youll hear crickets cause no one plays that game anymore :]

Wow, neither contributor knows what they are talking about. FFXI was NEVER a playstation exclusive, in fact it was first released in America on PC only, then on ps2, then a while later on 360.

FFXI still has tons of players, it has been, and still is, the most popular pve mmorpg, and is the 4th most popular mmorpg overall. It has retained a steady amount of subscribers(over 500,000) for several years; a number the mass majority of mmorpg never achieve.

Check you HD and see how much space your using. The game will probably take a little over half your hard drive. You should probably have around 12 gig free for installation and patches.

final fantasy is a playstation exlusive.  they make a pc version but the xbox is not a pc.

what you need is  ps2 with a harddrive installed or better yet get yourself the ps3... you will see how the ps3 will be leaving xbox l*****g its wounds and eating its dust within a year.
