Can you join the national gaurd if you have a felony?

3rd DUI and a misdomener (sp?) for attempted assult. I have a friend who is looking to get into the service, he really needs something that will get his life back on track.

Please don't let him join the military, it is for HONORABLE and LAW-ABIDING PEOPLE.  The military isn't a rehab program for s***w ups and felons.

as long as you dont have any outstanding tickets you should be able to join but a 3rd DUI mmmmm you're better off by calling a recruiter
